TBSA Registration, Payment & Scholarship Information
Must Be Reviewed Before Completing Registration
For the 2026 season, Topeka Baseball & Softball Association has updated and streamlined our registration, payment, and scholarship procedures to ensure clarity, fairness, and timely processing for all families.
All payments and scholarship applications must be submitted no later than May 25th.
🔴 TOP 5 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
1️⃣ May 25th is the deadline.
All payments or scholarship applications must be submitted by May 25th.
2️⃣ Registration is NOT complete until financially cleared.
Submitting the registration form alone does not complete the process.
3️⃣ Players may not participate in games until financially cleared.
Unpaid or unapproved players may result in team forfeiture.
4️⃣ Parents are responsible for selecting and completing a payment option.
Choose online payment, Givebutter, check/money order, or scholarship.
5️⃣ The scholarship process is NEW & fully online for 2026.
Families must complete the online application by May 25th.

🚫 Do Not Use Old Payment Accounts
For 2026, Venmo and Cash App payments are accepted only through the official Givebutter link listed above.
Do not send payments to any previously used Dornwood Venmo or Cash App accounts.
Payments submitted outside of the official Givebutter system may not be credited toward your player’s registration and could delay financial clearance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS DETAILS
Option 1 – Pay Online Through Registration (Stack Sports)
• Credit or debit card at checkout
• Payment plans (if available) will appear automatically
• Must be paid by May 25th
Option 2 – Pay using CashApp or Venmo Through Givebutter link above

Givebutter may suggest an optional tip to help cover processing costs. This tip is completely optional and not required.

Option 3 – Pay by Check or Money Order
• At Checkout “CHECK Payment” during registration
• Submit payment directly to your coach
• Coaches will turn payments into the league
Checks or money orders must be made payable to:

Please include the player’s name and division with payment.
All offline payments must be received by May 25th.
Option 4 – Scholarship Application (New & Streamlined for 2026)
Families requesting financial assistance must:
• Complete registration
• Submit the online scholarship application form
• Submit the application by May 25th
The scholarship application includes a certification that all information provided is accurate.
TBSA reserves the right to request additional information during the review process.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

FINANCIAL CLEARANCE POLICY
Registration is not considered complete until:
• Full payment is received
OR
• Scholarship approval is granted
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure payment or scholarship application is submitted by May 25th.
Players may not participate in games until financially cleared.
If payment or approved scholarship status is not received by May 25th:
• The player may be declared ineligible
• Teams may be subject to forfeiture if an ineligible player participates
