1️⃣ Registration closes May 15 at 11:59 PM for all divisions except 18U Softball, 18U Baseball, and T-Ball.
2️⃣ All players must be financially cleared by May 25 (paid in full OR approved scholarship).
3️⃣ Registration is NOT complete until financially cleared.
4️⃣ Players may not participate in games until financially cleared.

📝 REGISTRATION DEADLINE
⚾ All divisions EXCEPT 18U Softball, 18U Baseball, and T-Ball
Registration closes May 15 at 11:59 PM
⚾ 18U Softball, 18U Baseball, and T-Ball
Registration will remain open longer.
18U divisions remain open later due to high school athletic rules.
T-Ball registration remains open longer to provide added flexibility for younger players and families.
💳 FINANCIAL DEADLINE
⚾ All divisions must be financially cleared by May 25
(Financially cleared = Payment in full OR approved scholarship)
This includes 18U Softball, 18U Baseball, and T-Ball.
Players may not participate in games until financially cleared.

✔ Pay by card at checkout
✔ Payment plans (if available) can be selected at checkout
✔ Must be paid by May 25

✔ At checkout, select “CHECK Payment”

✔ Must be submitted by May 25

IMPORTANT: You must still complete player registration before the applicable registration deadline. Submitting a scholarship application alone does not complete registration.

🛑 What Does “Financially Cleared” Mean?
A player is financially cleared when:
✔ Registration is complete
AND
✔ Payment is received in full OR scholarship is approved
No player may participate in games until financially cleared.
