Who Must Complete This?
Team Managers, Head Coaches, and Assistant Coaches (required each season).
Step 1: Register Online
You must register online below before participating in any practices or games.
Step 2: Complete a Background Check
TBSA uses Shawnee County Parks & Recreation’s official background screening vendor (NCSI), as we contract with Shawnee County for use of Dornwood Park facilities.
All required volunteers must complete an annual screening through this provider.

No coach or team manager may participate until both registration and background check requirements are complete.
