This is from Darren Tollin Shawnee County Parks and Recreation Sports it is the executive order from Governor Kelly that there are No gatherings of 10 or more allowed.. by the time you get everyone there they will be over 10.  

No practices or games before May 11, 2020. Scaba and Scgsa are doing this as well. Bettis and other field locations are at Lock Down until May 11. TBSA needs to follow suit. When I Mike Rosencutter President of TBSA get more information from Shawnee County Parks and rec Sports I will contact you ASAP.

I will make this decision of holding an executive board meeting only and then we as an executive board will give you guys the information.
